The appointment of Dr. Samuel Eliashev as Israel Minister to Moscow, was announced here today. Dr. Eliashev, former head of the Eastern European Division of the Israel Foreign Ministry and Minister to Prague, is expected to proceed to Moscow soon to assume his new post.
