Ellis Radinsky, former head of the community contacts department of the United Palestine Appeal, has been named executive director of that organization, Judge Morris Rothenberg, acting national chairman of the U.P.A., announced here. A former field representative for the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds, Radinsky is a graduate of the New York School of Social Work and has had extensive experience in social service activities, as well as in organizing Jewish community effort in behalf of the United Jewish Appeal.
