Foreign Minister Abba Eban will leave here Sunday on an official visit to Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Italy where he will meet with the foreign ministers of those countries to discuss the Middle East situation and Israel’s bid for association with the European Common Market. Mr. Eban will visit Norway, Sweden and Finland early in May.
