Four Arabs from eastern Jerusalem have been arrested for membership in a Hamas terror cell that carried out suicide bombings. The four men, from Issawiya village near the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, are believed to have supplied explosives to the Palestinian suicide bomber who killed seven people at the Hillel Cafe in September 2003. They were arrested based on information obtained from a Hamas man captured in the Ramallah area three months ago, the Shin Bet internal security service said Sunday, lifting a gag order on the case.
