Four former slave laborers filed a lawsuit in Czechoslovakia last week against German companies who used them as slave laborers during World War II. The suits filed against firms including Siemens, Volkswagen and Daimler Chrysler, come amid ongoing talks to set up a German compensation for former slave laborers.
