The full text of the peasants’ hereditary law for the state of Prussia, made public today, goes even further than before in defining “Jewish origin”. The text of the bill, which was announced last week and which is expected to gain speedy approval by the cabinet, declares that peasants possessing Jewish blood even to the fourth generation, are not entitled to inherit farming lands.
The municipality of Berlin announced today that all contracts with Jewish doctors and dentists for public health work have been cancelled irrespective of the personal records of the individuals affected by the ruling. Supply contracts with Jewish firms such as Tietz and other supply houses have been abrogated.
Jewish nurses and other Jewish members of hospital staffs have been dismissed from their posts without exception.
