Gen. Wesley Clark, the 10th candidate to enter the Democratic race for president, is the grandson of a Russian Jewish emigre. Clark, who was raised as a Southern Baptist, learned in his 20s that he descends on his father’s side from “generations of rabbis” from Minsk.
