Funeral services were held here yesterday for Glicka Belavsky, prominent Yiddish actress, who died here Saturday at the age of 80. She was the widow of a Yiddish actor, the late Morris Belavsky, and a niece of the late famous Zionist leader, Nachum Sokolow. For the past 20 years, Mrs. Belavsky was active in the work of the Mizrachi Women’s Organization.
