An invitation to attend Harvard University’s tercentenary celebration has been sent, it was disclosed today, to Dr. Ernst Hanfstaengl, Nazi foreign press chief, whose offers of scholarships have twice been refused by President Conant in protest against Nazism. The invitation was sent out to all of the university’s 65,000 alumni.
