The British government has agreed to a number of modifications in the White Paper in the course of negotiations with the Jewish Agency, the Daily Telegraph reports. The paper says these modifications are aimed at appeasing the widespread resentment aroused among Jews over the White Paper. The negotiations are to be resumed shortly, the Telegraph says.
