Classes for a course in converstional Hebrew announced by the Young Men’s and Women’s Hebrew Association of Washington Heights start Monday, February 5, at the “Y” building, St. Nicholas Avenue and 159th Street. H. W. Carmely, formerly principal of Hebrew Schools in Palestine, will direct the work which is under the auspices of the Zionist District of Washington Heights and Inwood.
