Hebrew Daily Charges Numerus Clausus on Palestine Jobs

Davar, Laborite Hebrew daily, complained today that the Government was gradually introducing a numerus clausus for Jewish workers in all public works projects. A similar charge was voiced two weeks ago by the paper, which listed many instances in which Jews are not admitted to employment even on the same wage scale as is paid to Arabs.
