High Commissioner for German Refugees James G. McDonald and Norman Bentwich, head of the Jewish Affairs Division of his office, arrived here today by airplane from Prague. At the airport they were greeted by a representative of the Polish government and a delegation from the United Committee to Combat Hitlerism.

A plenary session of the United Committee and the refugee heads will be held. Tomorrow Vice Foreign Minister Jan Szembek will receive High Commissioner McDonald and Mr. Bentwich.
