Holocaust survivors recently slapped a second class-action lawsuit against the German chemical firm Degussa, according to a company official. Degussa already faces a lawsuit filed in August alleging that the company melted down gold stripped from concentration camp victims during World War II. The company is currently in discussions with the German government and other firms about creating a fund to deal with Holocaust-era lawsuits.
