Hundreds of Lubavitch rabbis and emissaries paid tribute to victims of Sept. 11 at the Pentagon. The participants– who were in Washington for a conference marking the 100th anniversary of the birth of the spiritual leader of the movement, Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson — sang “Oseh Shalom” and “God Bless America” at 9:38 a.m. Monday, the time a passenger plane hit the Pentagon on Sept. 11.
