Hundreds of persons were turned away last night from City Hall here where a huge celebration marked Israel’s Fifth Independence Day. Today some 1,000 Jewish youths held a parade in a park here and were reviewed by the Israel consul. In addition, receptions were held in the homes of Israeli diplomats here and in Practoria.
