Iran rejected charges by the United States that it is seeking nuclear weapons. A Foreign Ministry spokesman issued the denial following a CIA report that accused Iran of being one of the most active seekers of foreign technology for weapons of mass destruction. The denial came as Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi visited Brussels to hold trade talks with E.U. officials.
