Israel and Hezbollah may have made progress on a deal for information on a captive Israeli businessman. A Lebanese newspaper reported that the swap calls for Hezbollah to provide a videotape of Elhanan Tannenbaum, who was kidnapped abroad in October 2000, in exchange for Israeli maps of minefields in Lebanon.
