Israel and the United States were due to sign a pact protecting their citizens from extradition to the International Criminal Court in The Hague. The agreement will prevent each nation from extraditing the other’s citizens when an extradition request is filed by prosecutors at the international court, the Israeli daily Ha’aretz reported.
