De Sapio, New York State Secretary of State, will be given a testimonial dinner on behalf of the Israel Bond campaign, it was announced here today by a special Israel Bond committee headed by Leon Finley. At the dinner, April 25, Mr. De Sapio will be given a Distinguished Leadership Award.
