Proposals for the more efficient absorption of immigrants from western countries were drafted today at a meeting of the Western Aliyah Committee, a joint coordinating body of the Israel Government and the Jewish Agency. Prime Minister Levi Eshkol presided over the meeting. The proposals will be presented at the plenary assembly of the coordinating body next month.
