Levi Eshkol, Israel Finance Minister, arrived here today. During his stay in the United States, Mr. Eshkol will address the annual national conference of the United Jewish Appeal, which opens here Friday. He will also tour various American cities in behalf of the Israel bond drive, including Chanukah festivals in New York, Boston and Montreal.
