Israel is offering a package of benefits to Jerusalem businesses hurt by Arab terror. With businesses in downtown Jerusalem facing a 60 percent drop in sales, the government approved on Sunday a package of tax breaks and other economic incentives to help business owners financially hurt by the wave of terror attacks, according to the Jerusalem Post.
