The Defense Ministry, citing security concerns, announced Sunday that all Palestinian access to Israel from the West Bank and Gaza would be stopped until after the holiday, with the exception of urgent medical cases. Israel is preparing to ease travel for Palestinian Christians during the upcoming Easter holiday. The Defense Ministry said that during that holiday, it would allow Christians from the West Bank and Gaza to travel to meet each other, as well as relatives living within Israel.
