Israel wants to deport to the Gaza Strip 15 prisoners it is holding in the West Bank. An army official gave the orders Tuesday to transfer the Palestinians to the Erez crossing in Gaza, where they will be held for 48 hours to give them a chance to appeal the decision. Israel says all 15 were involved in terrorist attacks.
