Israeli and Palestinian security forces thwarted a “chemical terror attack” by Hamas militants that was planned to coincide with the Israeli elections last May, Israel Channel Two television reported. Security agents uncovered the plan when the commander of a Hamas cell was questioned about a different attack, the report said.
