Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat talked one on one for the first time during the Camp David summit Wednesday night at Arafat’s cabin. The meeting was their idea, State Department spokesman Richard Boucher said. Until then, the two had met only in President Clinton’s company.
