Israeli security forces uncovered two El Fatah terrorist cells in the Judaea region. One cell was active in a village near Bethlehem and the other near Hebron. Thirty-eight suspected terrorists were detained and large quantities of arms, hand grenades and explosives were found in their possession. The cells are believed responsible for several acts of sabotage, including the launching of Ketyusha rockets at Kiryat Arba earlier this year.
