Israeli soldiers shot and killed a Palestinian man who was trying to plant a roadside bomb near the settlement of Har Gilo in the Bethlehem area. A second man fled into the Palestinian self-rule areas. In another incident, the army located and defused a bomb near the Jewish settlement of Elon More near the West Bank city of Nablus, according to Israel’s Army Radio.
