Israeli troops captured a Palestinian youth wearing an explosives belt. The 15-year-old was stopped at a checkpoint outside the West Bank city of Nablus on Sunday and found to be carrying two pipe bombs with fuses attached. Military officials said he planned to detonate the bombs in a suicide attack on the soldiers.
