Israelis to Sue Soviet for Failing to Carry out Agreement

The Israel Citrus Marketing Board is expected to sue the Soviet importing company Turgo for failure to execute a commercial agreement involving the importation of 400,000 cases of Israel citrus products. The Russians accepted only 140,000 cases of fruit. At that point the USSR broke off diplomatic relations with Israel and the imports were halted.
