Celebrations in observance of Israel’s 13th anniversary were climaxed here today with a public reception given by the British Zionist Federation at which guest speakers included A. Miron, Minister at the Israeli Embassy. Reviewing Israel’s achievements, Mr. Miron stressed that after 13 years of existence, “We want a strong State of Israel respected by all and feared by none. “
