Israel’s air force chief said collateral damage from strikes against Gaza Strip terrorists have been dramatically reduced. “We have achieved a performance that even flies in the face of statistics, whereby in 2005 only one non-combatant was hit alongside 28 terrorists targeted by the air force, compared to 12 non-combatants in 2004,” Brig. Gen. Eliezer Shkedy told a Tel Aviv University security conference Tuesday.
