Israel’s High Court of Justice gave the government five days to explain why gas mask kits were not being distributed immediately to Palestinians living in areas under sole Israeli control in the West Bank. The court also asked why children of foreign workers had not yet been given kits. The court issued the order after hearing a petition from a group known as Physicians for Human Rights.
