The New York Times announced today that James G. McDonald, former League of Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, has joined its editorial staff. Mr. McDonald has been for many years chairman of the board of the Foreign Policy Association.
In addition, he is vice president of the National Council for the Prevention of War, a member of the Advisory Council of the League of Nations Association, a member of the Commission on International Justice and Good-Will of the Federal Council of Churches and a trustee of the American Council of the Institute of Pacific Relations.
