Vladimir Jabotinsky will start his midwestern tour with an address at Rabbi Hadas’ Temple in Kansas City, Mo., tonight, it was announced here yesterday.
On Sunday, Mr. Jabotinsky will be guest of honor at a banquet in Minneapolis.
