A Jewish lawyer cannot act as guardian for a Christian child, the county court ruled today in confirming the decision to the same effect reached by a lower court some time ago.
Immeadiately after the Nazi revolution, the Jewish lawyer appealed the case to the County Court, which declared in its verdict that it is not in accord with the spirit of the new state or with the sentiment of the German people for a German cild to have a Jewish guardian.
