Yitzhak Artzi, secretary of the Independent Liberal Party, was named by the Jewish Agency executive today as head of the Youth Aliyah department, which deals with immigrant youths. The post has been vacant since the former incumbent, Moshe Kol, joined the new Government’s coalition, last January, as Minister of Development and Tourism. Mr. Kol is also a member of the Independent Liberal Party.
