Jewish Author Wins Most Important Prize for Literature in Belgium

The Victor Rossel prize for literature, the most important award in this field in Belgium, was awarded today to Victor Mizrachi for his novel, “North Roads.”

Born in Antwerp, the 17-year-old author was a prisoner of war in Germany for five years. He is employed at the Library of the University of Brussels.
