The Jewish Community Council here, which is made up of all Jewish organizations in the city, dropped the Jewish Peoples Fraternal Order of the International Workers Order from membership in the group. The action was taken on the basis that the J.P.F.O. is on the U.S. Attorney General’s list of subversive organizations and is alleged to be a Communist Party affiliate.
