Dr. Alfred Hirschberg has been named observer to the United Nations’ Seminar on Apartheid by the Coordinating Board of Jewish Organizations which has consultative status as a non-governmental organization with the U.N. Economic and Social Council. The Seminar opened in Brasilia today and will continue for about two weeks.
