Jewish self-defense groups repulsed this morning and last night several bands of young Moslems who made repeated attempts to attack the Jewish “Hara” quarter here.

One Jewish woman was wounded during the clash. There were few policemen around but the Jews organized their own resistance forces and succeeded in dispersing the hooligans last night and again this morning.
