Jewish Seminary Presents Eisenhower with an Ancient Torah

President Eisenhower was presented today with an ancient Torah as a symbol of tribute to his efforts for world peace. The scroll was presented by a delegation representing the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. The delegation included Dr. Louis Finkelstein, Chancellor of the Seminary, and Lewis L. Strause, former U.S. Secretary of Commerce.
