Three Buffalo Jewish high school pupils and one Niagara Falls student will be recipients of four-year state scholarships according to announcement of the State Department of Education.
The winners are: Robert O. Swados, Isaac N. Groner, Jacob Plaskin and Morley L. Bernstein of Buffalo and Niagara Falls respectively.
