John Mill, the last of 13 original founders of the Jewish Socialist Bund, died here last night at the age of 81. Mill entered the Socialist movement 60 years ago and helped establish geoups in Vilna, Warsaw and other Polish centers which later became the basis of the Bund. He came to this country in 1914.
