Jordan’s King Hussein sent Israel $1 million to give to the families of seven schoolgirls killed last year by a Jordanian soldier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told his Cabinet. Netanyahu said Hussein sent a check to Israeli President Ezer Weizman, asking that the money be distributed to the families as he saw fit.
