Judge Dannenbaum Resigns from Z. O. A. As Protest

Judge J. Dannenbaum of Houston, Dex. once prominent in the fight against the Brandeis group has withdrawn from membership in he Zionist Organization of America, the New York Committee for Z.O.A.’s reorganization announced.

Judge Dannenbaum who presided over the Cleve’and Zionist convention in 1921 and later became the chairman of the Korea Hayesed campaign, stated prior to this year’s annual Zionist convention that he would withdraw from the organization if Mr. Lipsky is reelected.

“My personal opinion based on calm consideration of the facts, is that both Weir### and Lipsky should retire and carry their retinues with them into retirement Certainly I cannot be accused of personal hostility towards either of them. But I have neither time, energy nor money for further services under their leadership Nor shall I by example or silence cause others to think that the present leaders have my continued support” he then stated.
