Phil Schier, prominent in business, religious and fraternal life is dead here at the age of 71. Mr. Schier was a director of the Menorah Hospital and the Leo N. Levi Memorial Hospital in Hot Springs and a former director of the Jewish Federated Charities. He was a past president of B’nai B’rith and a member of the board of Temple B’nai Jehudah.
