The suit brought by Madam Eisner, widow of the late Kurt Eisner, premier of Bavaria, who was killed by political opponents, against the Bavarian state demanding a pension, began here yesterday.
No pension had been paid to the widow who, because of her lack of means, was unable to file suit claiming the unpaid pension. Privilege has now been granted to her to conduct the suit without costs.
