A dispute between ## in the metallurgical industries and the employers association was resolved here today with the signing of a new contract.
The contract provides for increases of 30 cents a day for unskilled workers and the institution of a system of annual increments for skilled workers. The employers also agreed to a monthly family allowance of $3 for all family heads.
